We approached Pure IT to help our IT budget go further and with the recent increase in prices of new equipment, refurbished looked like a suitable option.

Buying refurbished Dell desktops from Pure IT with the same specification as we’d buy through the NHS framework has meant we buy 3 desktops for the price of 1 new desktop. We felt this was a great use of public money. As they also come with a very good warranty, any risks of hardware failure are mitigated from day one.

We’ve currently bought 950 desktops from Pure and found the performance and reliability has been just as good as with new equipment we’ve bought. On top of this, the service we receive from Pure IT is exceptional; if there is a problem with any units they simply send a replacement the next day.

As this has been very successful, we are now looking at doing something similar with laptops.
