We approached Pure IT when we were looking to order a batch of desktops, laptops and a server. We have been using refurbished equipment for years without any issues so I had no reservations with regards to the equipment but the supplier we had been using became very difficult to arrange quotes with. As far as I see it, if I struggle to get a quote from a company, I can’t help but wonder how difficult any warranty issues will be.

This led us to approach Pure IT for our hardware requirements. At Pure IT, I deal with one person who pulls everything together for me – I just email with my requirements and a completed quote turns up on my door mat ready to order.

There were a multitude of models to choose from, all of which were highly configurable. We like to order equipment for our summer refresh a good while before we need it, which was not a problem for Pure IT. The equipment arrived exactly as required, on the requested date, everything very well packaged, and looking like new.

Working in the public sector, I feel it’s extremely important that I spend public money wisely. Buying refurbished allows me to do exactly that – it opens a door to higher spec equipment that would otherwise be unaffordable; all with a 3 year warranty and a level of customer service that won’t be beaten.

Ordering from Pure IT was an absolute doddle; I first made contact in the June time to have an order for summer, and had no hiccups. I’ve since made other orders, all of which have been dealt with promptly, delivered next day. I haven’t had to deal with warranty issues yet, but if it’s anything like the customer service I’ve received to date, I’m not worried.

To any other organisations thinking of trying Pure IT; from start to finish, it’s a hassle free experience. Pure IT is now my first call for any workstation, laptop, and server purchases. I’ve already recommended Pure IT among peers in my local Network Manager group.
